Power Pull Down - Click Here

Focus on launching yourself as far as possible along the surface with both hands UNDERWATER. Keep count of how many Power Pull Downs it takes you to complete a 25.


Catch Up - Click Here

Focus on reaching full reset between each stroke & maintaining lead arm stretch when breathing.


Long Doggy Paddle (LDP) - Click Here

Focus on rolling to full stretch on both sides with hands UNDERWATER.


Two Tap Slide (TTS) - Click Here

Focus on combining the lead arm stretch of Catch Up with the roll of LDP. KEEP KICK CONSTANT.


Single Arm Triple Slide Tap & Drive - Click Here

Focus on combining underwater arm stretch of LDP with the taps of TTS. Tap your thigh on each single arm stroke & be very aggressive as you drive into each stroke after the ear tap.
